A Journey Rooted in Tradition and Purpose The journey of Oscar Day Care & Pre-School is inspired by India’s cultural heritage, aiming to recreate the sense of collective caregiving once found in joint families within a modern, professionally managed environment. Established as an all-female-led organization, this approach aligns with the cultural expectations and comfort levels of parents in early childcare settings.

Vision: A Trusted Partner in Parenting Oscar strives to be a trusted partner in every parent’s journey, creating a child-centric ecosystem where both children and parents feel supported. By supporting working families and collaborating with corporates to build parent-friendly workplaces, the organization enables greater participation of women in the workforce.

Nurturing Creativity and Critical Thinking Creativity is cultivated through immersive sensory art and play. Critical thinking is encouraged through initiatives like “Little Einstein,” which introduces young learners to scientific exploration, and “Little Chef” sessions providing guided culinary experiences.

Overcoming Challenges and Empowering Women As an all-female organization, the team has faced challenges in male-dominated areas like facility operations and administration. However, the organization remains steadfast, focusing on empowerment through training and upskilling, demonstrating that capability is defined by opportunity rather than gender.

Success and the Road Ahead Success is measured by the impact on families, particularly supporting mothers during critical career phases by welcoming children as young as six months. Over the next decade, Oscar aims to expand across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, with plans to integrate advanced safety systems to enhance transparency and build trust with parents.
